3D-Laserscanner zur Inline-Qualitätsprüfung

Die scanCONTROL 3D-Scanner werden zur präzisen Inline-3D-Messung in zahlreichen Applikationen eingesetzt. Die Scans erfolgen durch Bewegung des Scanners oder des Messobjekts. Aufgrund des geringen Sensorgewichts sind die Scanner bestens für Robotikanwendungen sowie zur Inline-Fertigungsüberwachung geeignet. Die 3D-Laserscanner zeichnen sich durch hohe Dynamik, absolute Präzision und ihre kompakte Baugröße aus. Mit dem scanCONTROL 3000 und der neuen scanCONTROL 3002 Serie bietet Micro-Epsilon ein umfassendes Portfolio mit zahlreichen Messbereichen, Red- und Blue-Laser-Technologien und umfangreichen Zubehör. 

Die scanCONTROL 3D-Laserscanner basieren auf den neuesten GigE Vision und GenICam-Standards und können daher in vielfältige Bildverarbeitungsumgebungen eingebunden werden. Über die Software 3DInspect steht eine leistungsfähige Software zur Parametrierung, Auswertung und Ausgabe zur Verfügung.

3D-Laserscanner für Inline-Applikationen

Die scan­CONTROL 3D-Scanner weisen eine große Palette an unter­schiedlichen Messbereichen von 25 x 15 mm bis zu 200 x 300 mm auf. In allen Messbereichen überzeugen die Laser-Scanner durch schnelle Messungen bei gleichzeitig hoher Präzision.

Die Vielfalt der Messbereiche erlaubt auf der einen Seite die Erfassung kleinster Details und Strukturen, auf der anderen Seite die Messung von großen Objekten bei gleichzeitig großem Grundabstand. Aus diesem Grund werden die scanCONTROL 3D-Scanner in verschiedenen Branchen eingesetzt.
