ThruBeam Mikrometer

Hochauflösende optische Präzisions-Mikrometer

Optische Mikrometer von Micro-Epsilon arbeiten nach dem Durchlichtverfahren (ThruBeam-Mikrometer). Dabei wird von einem Sender ein paralleler Lichtvorhang erzeugt, der auf eine Empfängereinheit trifft. Wird ein Messobjekt in den Lichtstrahl geführt, wird der Strahl unterbrochen. Die daraus resultierende Abschattung wird von der Empfangsoptik erfasst und als Messwert ausgegeben. Meist werden die optischen Mikrometer für dimensionelle Messungen in Produktion, Maschinenüberwachung und Qualitätssicherung eingesetzt. Dabei werden Größen wie Durchmesser, Spalt, Höhe, Position mit hoher Präzision erfasst.

optoCONTROL 2700

Verschleißfreie und langlebige Konstruktion für zuverlässige Messungen

Alle optoCONTROL Lasermikrometer arbeiten ohne rotierenden Spiegel und sind daher völlig verschleißfrei. Der parallele Lichtvorhang wird durch spezielle Optiken in der Lichtquelle erzeugt. Hochwertige Komponenten in der Empfangsoptik, z.B. Filter und Linsen, ermöglichen die hohe Genauigkeit der Mikrometer. Daher eignen sich die optoCONTROL Mikrometer besonders für Bereiche, in denen hohe Präzision und Zuverlässigkeit gefordert werden.

Vielseitig in der Anwendung

Laser-Mikrometer werden hauptsächlich zur Produktionskontrolle und Qualitätsüberwachung in der Fertigungslinie eingesetzt und messen sowohl Endlosmaterial als auch Stückgut.
