Leistungsstarke Lichtleiter-Sensoren für Maschinenbau und Automation

Der optoelektronische Lichtleiter-Sensor optoCONTROL CLS1000 ist dank der variablen Schaltausgänge für den Einsatz in der Automatisierung bestens geeignet. Einsatz findet der CLS1000 in der zuverlässigen Positionsüberwachung sowie zur Lage- und Anwesenheitserkennung. Der Lichtleiter-Sensor setzt sich aus einem CFS Sensor und einem CLS1000 Controller zusammen. Die große Tast- und Reichweite von bis zu 2000 mm prädestinieren den Lichtleiter-Sensor zur Erkennung von Bauteilen auch in großer Entfernung. Aufgrund der kleinen Bauform der CFS-Sensoren eignen sich die optoelektronischen Lichtleiter-Sensoren der Serie CLS1000 besonders für den Einsatz in beengten Bauräumen.

Umfangreiches Sensor-Sortiment

Die hochwertigen CFS-Sensoren mit Glasfaser-Lichtleiter zeichnen sich durch geringe Einbaumaße und robuste Materialien aus. Dadurch sind sie insbesondere bei mechanischer Beanspruchung und widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen wie hohen Temperaturen einsetzbar. Da der Sensorkopf nur wenig Platz benötigt, kann der Sensor auch in beengten Verhältnissen eingesetzt werden. Je nach Messaufgabe können die Sensoren individuell zusammengestellt werden.

Große Tast- und Reichweite

Dank der hohen Lichtstärke und Auflösung erreicht der Lichtleiter-Sensor Spitzenwerte bei Reichweite und Tastweite. Abhängig vom eingesetzten Sensor kann die Reichweite beim Durchlichtbetrieb bis zu 2000 mm und bei der Tastweite im Einwegbetrieb bis zu 1200 mm betragen. Dies erhöht die Prozesssicherheit beim Einsatz in Anlagen und Systemen.

Äußerst robuste und kompakte Controller

Dank des robusten Kunststoffgehäuses aus Polycarbonat und der Schutzart IP67 ist der Controller für industrielle Aufgaben prädestiniert. Die schmale Bauform ermöglicht eine einfache Integration bei begrenztem Einbauraum. Zudem ermöglicht die Hutschienenmontage eine schnelle Integration in jeden Schaltschrank.

Modellvielfalt der Controller für alle Herausforderungen

Der CLS1000 Controller ist in verschiedensten Ausführungen erhältlich: CLS1000-QN mit Antivalenz-Funktion (Schließer/Öffner), CLS1000-2Q mit zwei Schaltausgängen, CLS1000-OC mit Optokoppler, CLS1000-AU mit Spannungsausgang und CLS1000-AI mit Stromausgang. Jedes Modell ist in den Ausführungen NPN, PNP oder Push-Pull erhältlich. Zudem ist jeder Controller mit und ohne Trigger erhältlich.
