Kapazitive Wegsensoren

Micro-Epsilon bietet ein umfangreiches Portfolio an kapazitiven Wegsensoren. Die kapazitiven Sensoren werden zur Wegmessung, Positionsmessung und auch für Dickenmessung eingesetzt. Die unterschiedlichen Bauformen der Sensoren ermöglichen eine optimale Integration in Maschinen und Anlagen. Die capaNCDT Sensoren erzielen Bestwerte in der Linearität, Temperaturstabilität und Auflösung. In Industrieumgebungen werden Submikrometergenauigkeiten erreicht, während in sauberer Umgebung Sub-Nanometergenauigkeiten erzielt werden.
