Farbmesssysteme zur Messung von Beschichtung, Veredelung, Flüssigkeiten

colorCONTROL ACS7000 ist eines der modernsten Inline-Farbmesssysteme weltweit. Im Unterschied zu konventionellen Technologien wird dabei eine Farbe nicht nur über den Vergleich zum Referenzwert, sondern eindeutig über das Reflexionsspektrum identifiziert. Dank der sehr hohen Messraten eignet sich colorCONTROL ACS7000 für Anwendungen, bei denen Farben und Schattierungen bei laufender Produktion überwacht werden müssen. Wegen der sehr hohen Messgenauigkeit findet das System auch Einsatz im Labor, z.B. in der industriellen F&E. Für verschiedene Messaufgaben stehen unterschiedliche Sensormodelle zur Verfügung.

Winkelsensor ACS1

Der Winkelsensor ACS1 wird für gängige Messaufgaben eingesetzt. Beleuchtung und Empfänger sind im Sensor im 30°/0° Winkel zueinander angeordnet, wodurch sich ein Arbeitsabstand von 50 mm ergibt. Über einen optional erhältlichen Adapter kann der 30°/0° Sensor auch für taktile Messungen eingesetzt werden.

Ringsensor ACS2

Der Ringsensor ACS2 wird zur Farbmessung von strukturierten, hochreflektierenden sowie metallisch-glänzenden Oberflächen eingesetzt. Im Sensor sind 24 Beleuchtungsoptiken um die Empfangsoptik angeordnet und sorgen für eine konstante Ausleuchtung der Oberfläche. Dadurch kann die Messung unabhängig von der Drehlage des Messobjekts erfolgen.Verfügbar ist der ACS2 in zwei Ausführungen mit unterschiedlichem Messabstand und Messfleckgröße.

  • Messabstand: 28 mm / 27,5 mm / 28,5 mm
  • Messgeometrie: 45°c:0°
  • Messfleck: ø5 mm / 3x2 mm / 9 mm

Transmissionssensor ACS3

Der Transmissionssensor ACS3 wird zur Messung von Selbstleuchtern und zur Messung transparenter Objekte eingesetzt. Für die Farbmessung von Selbstleuchtern wird lediglich die Empfängereinheit benötigt, bei transparenten Objekten werden Sender und Empfängereinheit benötigt, die über ein Montageset bequem befestigt werden können.

  • Messabstand: max 300 mm
  • Messgeometrie: Transmission
  • Messfleck: ø5 / ø9 mm / 3x2 mm (bei Messabstand bis 200 mm)
