Hochdynamischer Laser-Sensor der 50 kHz Klasse

Die High-End Serie optoNCDT 2300 ist das Spitzenmodell der optoNCDT Sensoren. Der Lasersensor arbeitet mit einer Messrate von bis zu 49,140 kHz und ist somit zur präzisen Messung schneller Objekte geeignet. Der Controller ist komplett im Sensorgehäuse untergebracht, wodurch der Sensor auch in beengten Räumen montiert werden kann.

Vielseitig im Einsatz

Der optoNCDT 2300 kann in mehreren Messmodi betrieben werden: im Standardbetrieb zur Wegmessung von diffus reflektierenden Materialien, über eine spezielle Ausrichtung zur Messung von direkt reflektierenden Oberflächen. Darüber hinaus wird der Lasertriangulationssensor zur einseitigen Dickenmessung von transparenten Materialien eingesetzt (Multi-Peak-Auswertung). Dafür steht in der Software eine umfangreiche Materialdatenbank zur Verfügung, die editiert und erweitert werden kann.

Die A-RTSC (Advanced Real Time Surface Compensation) ist eine Weiterentwicklung der RTSC und dient zur verbesserten Oberflächenkompensation. Somit wird der Sensor durch schnelle Wechsel der Oberflächenreflexion nicht beeinflusst und liefert stabile Messergebnisse.

Einzigartiges Bedienkonzept

Die optoNCDT 2300 Lasersensoren sind über ein intuitives Webinterface bedienbar. Das Webinterface wird über eine Ethernet-Verbindung aufgerufen, worüber vielzählige Möglichkeiten zur Messwert- und Signalweiterverarbeitung vorgenommen werden, wie z.B. Peakauswahl, Filter und Maskierung des Videosignals.

Höchste Performanz in der Lasertriangulation

Der optoNCDT 2300 ist das Highend-Modell der Laser-Triangulations-Sensoren von Micro-Epsilon und bietet eine einstellbare Messrate bis 49,14 kHz. Der optoNCDT 2300 wird für schnelle Anwendungen herangezogen, wie z.B. die Überwachung von Vibrationen oder Messungen auf anspruchsvollen Oberflächen. Dank der hohen Auflösung werden Messaufgaben mit Submikrometergenauigkeit ermöglicht.
