Laser-Scanner von Micro-Epsilon zählen zu den leistungsfähigsten Profilsensoren weltweit im Hinblick auf Genauigkeit und Messrate. Sie erfassen, messen und bewerten Profile berührungslos auf unterschiedlichsten Objektoberflächen. Die verfügbaren Modelle sind mit verschiedenen Messbereichen erhältlich und bestens geeignet für industrielle Anwendungen. Für Integratoren sind Modelle zur kundeneigenen Programmierung der Auswertung verfügbar. Die scanCONTROL SMART Scanner nutzen die integrierte Intelligenz zur Lösung zahlreicher Messaufgaben. Alle scanCONTROL Modelle kommen ohne externen Controller aus, was den Installationsaufwand wesentlich vereinfacht.

Die scanCONTROL Laserscanner lösen verschiedene Messaufgaben: Profil, Breite, Höhe, Tiefe, Kante, Raupe, Spalt, Winkel, Rundheit u.v.m. Mit der Configuration Tools Software stehen Ihnen mehr als 40 Messprogramme mit insgesamt mehr als 90 Auswertungen zur Verfügung. Die Programme werden auf den SMART Sensor übertragen, der im Standalone-Betrieb die Messung, Bewertung und Ausgabe übernimmt.

SMART-Laserscanner mit gesteigerter Performance

Durch gezielte Optimierungen wurde die Leistungsfähigkeit der scanCONTROL 300x Modelle nochmal erhöht: verbesserte Algorithmen und Komponenten steigern die Datenerfassung und -ausgabe auf bis zu 10 Mio. Messpunkte pro Sekunde. Die Profilberechnung und Auswertegeschwindigkeit bei den Smartsensoren erhöht sich um bis zu 60 %, wodurch Profilauswertungen schnell und zuverlässig durchgeführt werden können. Dank UDP-Bundling kann die Datenübertragung ohne Informationsverlust auch an einer langsamen SPS durchgeführt werden.

Große Modellvielfalt für ein breites Anwendungsspektrum

Profil-Scanner mit rotem Laser und patentierte Blue-Laser-Scanner

Laser-Scanner von Micro-Epsilon sind mit roter Laserdiode oder mit der patentierten Blue Laser Technologie erhältlich. Laser-Scanner mit blauer Laserlinie werden bevorzugt für die Profilmessung auf glühenden Metallen sowie transparenten und organischen Oberflächen eingesetzt. Der blau-violette Laserstrahl dringt nicht in das Messobjekt ein und weist eine deutlich bessere Stabilität auf.

Messaufgaben mit blauen Laserscannern auf rot-glühende Messobjekte über 700°C und transparente Objekte wie Glas und Kunststoffe sind patentrechtlich geschützt. Die scanCONTROL Laserscanner erzielen auf diesen Oberflächen eine ausgezeichnete Signalstabilität und dadurch präzise Messergebnisse.

Kompakte Profilsensoren

Die kompakte Bauform bei gleichzeitig geringem Gewicht öffnet neue Anwendungsgebiete in der Profilmessung. Da bei den scanCONTROL Profilsensoren der Controller im Gehäuse integriert ist, reduziert sich der Verkabelungsaufwand, was die mechanische Integration erleichtert. Dank der kompakten Bauform und der hohen Profilfrequenz eignen sich die Laserprofilsensoren für dynamische Messaufgaben, z.B. in der Fertigungsüberwachung oder für Montageprozesse am Roboter.

Vielfältige Möglichkeiten der Datenübertragung

Alle Laserscanner können einfach in individuelle Softwareumgebungen integriert werden, entweder durch Nutzung der zur Verfügung stehenden SDKs oder über den GigE Vision Standard, dem alle scanCONTROL Sensoren entsprechen (Einbindung in Bildverarbeitungssoftware). Die scanCONTROL SMART Sensoren können außerdem Messwerte direkt an die Steuerung senden. Dies ist über folgende Schnittstellen möglich: Ethernet (UDP oder Modbus TCP) RS422 (ASCII oder Modbus RTU) Analoge, digitale Schaltsignale (mit scanCONTROL Output Unit) Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT (mit scanCONTROL Gateway)
