Hochgenaue und dynamische Winkelmessung

Neigungssensoren zur hochgenauen und dynamischen Winkelmessung

Sensoren vom Typ inertialSENSOR werden zur Messung von Winkel, Ausrichtung von Maschinenteilen und Lage- bzw. Positionserfassung von beweglichen Komponenten eingesetzt. Sie sind einfach in der Anwendung und können daher in einer Vielzahl von Messaufgaben eingesetzt werden. Verschiedene analoge und digitale Schnittstellen wie 0,5 ... 4,5 V, 4 ... 20 mA, CANopen und SAE J1939 erleichtern die Integration und bieten umfangreiche Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten.

SensorFUSION-Technologie

Zur Stabilisation des Messsignals in dynamischen Anwendungen verwenden die Sensoren einen 3D-Beschleunigungssensor mit 3D-Gyroskop und integriertem Fusionsfilter. Intelligente Algorithmen sorgen für eine genaue Messung während der Bewegung. Äußere Einflüsse wie Stöße, Fliehkräfte oder Vibrationen z.B. durch Bremsvorgänge, Drehbewegungen, Steinschläge oder Motorenvibration nehmen keinen Einfluss auf die Messung.

Einfache und flexible Inbetriebnahme

Neigungssensoren können sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal montiert werden. Je nach Ausrichtung und Lage des Sensors können die Messachsen frei definiert und die gewünschten Winkel ausgewählt werden. Integrierte Schnittstellen wie CANopen oder SAE J1939 ermöglichen die direkte Ausgabe von Messwerten sowie das einfache Einstellen von Sensorparametern.

Anwendungen und Einsatzbereiche

Die Sensoren eignen sich zur Anwendung in Baumaschinen (z.B. Bagger, Verdichter), Land- und Forstmaschinen (z.B. Ernte-, Mähmaschinen), in der Kran- und Hebetechnik (z.B. Mobilkran, Arbeitsbühnen). Ebenso werden die Sensoren in Labor- und Industrieanwendungen zur präzisen Ausrichtung von Maschinenkomponenten eingesetzt.
