3D-Sensoren zur Geometrie-, Form- und Oberflächenprüfung von matten Objekten

surfaceCONTROL Sensoren werden zur 3D-Vermessung und Inspektion von Oberflächen eingesetzt. Der Sensor nutzt das Prinzip der Streifenlichtprojektion, um diffus reflektierende Oberflächen zu erfassen und eine 3D-Punktewolke zu generieren. Diese Punktewolke wird anschließend ausgewertet, um Geometrien, kleinste Defekte und Unstetigkeiten auf der Oberfläche zu erkennen. Es stehen Sensoren mit unterschiedlichen Messflächen und Leistungsdaten zur Verfügung. Damit können kleinste Strukturen auf Bauteilen sowie Formabweichungen auf großflächigen Anbauteilen geprüft werden. Zur Auswertung und Parametrierung stehen leistungsstarke Softwarepakete zur Verfügung.

Software-Anbindung über das Micro-Epsilon 3D-SDK

Die surfaceCONTROL Sensoren verfügen über ein komfortabel zu integrierendes SDK (Software Development Kit). Das SDK basiert auf den Industriestandards GigE Vision und GenICam und stellt u.a. folgende Funktionsblöcke zur Verfügung:

  • Netzwerkkonfiguration und Verbindung mit dem Sensor
  • Umfangreiche Sensorsteuerung
  • Steuerung der Übertragung von Messdaten (3D-Daten, Videobilder, …)
  • Verwaltung von benutzerdefinierten Parametersätzen
  • C/ C++/ C# Bibliothek, Beispielprogramme und Dokumentationen

Der Zugriff auf den Sensor über GigE Vision ist auch ohne SDK mit einer GenICam-konformen Software möglich.
