High-Performance-Laserscanner mit hoher Profilfrequenz und großer Auflösung

Die Laser-Scanner der Serien scanCONTROL 30x2 und 30x0 zählen zu den leistungsfähigsten Profilsensoren im Hinblick auf Baugröße, Genauigkeit und Messrate. Beide Baureihen sind mit einer Profilfrequenz von bis zu 10 kHz für präzise 2D und 3D-Messungen in dynamischen Prozessen ausgelegt und liefern kalibrierte Profildaten bis zu ca. 10 Millionen Punkten pro Sekunde.

Dank des innovativen High Dynamic Range Modus erzielen die Scanner exakte Messergebnisse auch auf anspruchsvollen Oberflächen und sind sowohl mit rotem als auch mit blauem Laser erhältlich.

Verfügbar als PROFILE- und SMART-Ausführung

Die Laser-Scanner sind als PROFILE- und SMART-Variante erhältlich. Die PROFILE-Scanner liefern kalibrierte Profildaten, die mit kundenseitiger Software weiterverarbeitet werden. Die SMART-Scanner arbeiten dagegen autark im Standalone-Betrieb und werten die Profile direkt im Sensor aus. Die gewünschten Messprogramme werden mit der Software scanCONTROL Configuration Tools parametriert und über den internen Controller ausgeführt.

Dank vordefinierter Betriebsarten lassen sich die Sensoren optimal auf die jeweilige Messaufgabe abstimmen: „High-Resolution" für höchste Präzision, „High Dynamic Range" für die optimale Profilerfassung auf inhomogenen oder schwierigen Oberflächen und „High Speed" für schnellstmögliche Messungen ohne Zeitversatz bei der Belichtung.

Großer Messbereich mit 430 und 600 mm

Die scanCONTROL 30xx Laserscanner sind nun auch mit einem großem Messbereich erhältlich, der ein Messfeld von 430 x 390 mm bzw. 600 x 600 mm abdeckt. Dadurch können große Messobjekte mit hoher Genauigkeit erfasst werden.

HDR Modus

Dank des High Dynamic Range Modus generiert der Sensor exakte Messergebnisse auch auf inhomogenen Oberflächen. Die Belichtungen erfolgen zeitgleich ohne Zeitversatz und ermöglichen die zuverlässige Erfassung von schnell bewegten Objekten.

Je nach Messaufgabe kann aus drei vordefinierten Betriebsarten gewählt werden. „High-Resolution“ für die allerhöchste Präzision, „High Dynamic Range“ für optimale Profilerfassung auf schwierigen Oberflächen und „High Speed“ für schnellstmögliche Messungen.
