Kaltband

Die Messung der Dicke zur Regelung und Qualitätskontrolle ist in der Prozesslandschaft in Kaltwalzwerken an vielen Positionen und Applikationen ein wichtiger Baustein. Klassische Einsatzorte für Systeme zur Erfassung der Mittendicke oder des Querprofils sind Tandemstraßen und Foliengerüste.

Basierend auf konfokaler Sensorik bzw. Laserlinien Triangulation bietet Micro-Epsilon mit den thicknessCONTROL MTS 8201/8202 Serien hochpräzise Dickenmesssysteme, die mit einer Präzision im Submikrometerbereich arbeiten.

Messung der Innen- und Gesamtdicke von Warzenblech mit C-Rahmensystem thicknessCONTROL MTS 8202.LLT

Eine Applikation, die nur mit der Laser-Linien Technologie lösbar ist, ist die Messung der Innen- und Gesamtdicke von Warzenblech. Da die Laserlinie einen signifikanten Teil des Musters überdeckt, kann dessen Maximum und Minimum sicher erfasst werden. Darüber hinaus zeigen die Varianten der Serien thicknessCONTROL MTS 8201/8202, in welchen die Laserlinientechnologie zum Einsatz kommt, ihre Vorteile vor allem bei widrigsten Umgebungsbedingungen:

  • Zuverlässige Messung trotz Dampf und Emulsion, zusätzliche Luftspülung integrierbar
  • Präzise bei verschiedensten Oberflächenbeschaffenheiten
  • Großer Messbereich von 60 mm mit hoher Präzision +/-2 µm
  • Sekundenschnelle, integrierte Kalibrierung zur Kompensation von thermischen Effekten
  • Materialbreiten bis 2500 mm mit C-Rahmen und 3000 mm mit O-Rahmen
